China International Optoelectronic Expo

Established in 1999 in Shenzhen, China International Optoelectronic Exposition (CIOE) is held annually on September 6 to 9 at Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center. As the world’s largest optoelectronic exhibition, CIOE has been a UFI-approved event since 2007.
CIOE 2012 will cover a total exhibition area of 100,000 sqm, focusing on optical communications, lasers & infrared applications, precision optics, LEDs, and electronics. With exhibits covering upstream, midstream and downstream of the optoelectronic industry chain, CIOE 2012 will completely present the most state-of-the-art optoelectronic technologies and products. The China International Optoelectronic Conference (CIOEC) will be held concurrently.

For many years, CIOE also attracted many international optoelectronic manufacturers' participating in country pavilions, including Canada, Germany, France, Japan and Korea. At CIOE 2011, Canadian Pavilion (organized by Canadian Advanced Technology Alliance, CATA), German Pavilion (organized by SPECTARIS) and Danish Pavilion (supported by Royal Danish Consulate General in Guangzhou) presented with large featured stands, displaying the latest optoelectronic technologies and innovations in a wide range.
