Datamonitor joins line-up of experts at Vitafoods Asia

Vitafoods Asia has announced Katrina Diamonon, Consumer Insight Analyst at Datamonitor, will deliver a keynote presentation during the September event.

Katrina will share her insights on Functional food trends in Asia Pacific at 14.35 on Wednesday 7 September, focusing on general convergence of food and pharmaceuticals, consumer perceptions of functional foods and best practice case studies.

Katrina is one of the leading experts in her field having conducted extensive research on consumer trends specific to the Australian market and has worked to build Datamonitor’s expertise in Asia-Pacific. She is the latest speaker to be added to the free Seminar Theatre programme, which includes representatives from HSIAS, BASF, Croda, DSM and DECAS.

Vitafoods Asia will play host to over 100 suppliers of nutraceuticals and ingredients and raw materials for dietary supplements and functional foods and drinks, including LycoRed, Ingredia and Naturex, plus free one-on-one advisory sessions, New Products Zone and VitaTrend sessions.
